Since its beginning in 1974, ERA Old South's dedicated team of approximately 35, carefully selected and trained staff and agents, have earned the respect of the area residents and merchants by providing quality real estate services. Having been voted "The Best Real Estate Company" by the community in the annual Pensacola News Journal's "Best" contest for four consecutive years (out of the five years that the contest has been held) reflects the spirit of service for which ERA Old South is known.
Originally, a small residential company, ERA Old South has grown to become recognized as one of the areas most prominent real estate firms. Best known for providing quality residential services in both new and pre-owned homes, ERA Old South also handles land, lost, acreage, farms and investment properties.
The Property Management Department handles about 500 residential rentals for local and out of town owners. We take pride in both the quality of the service we provide and quality of the rentals we manage. We are members of the National Military Broker Network (NMBN) specializing in real estate assistance to military families. Some of our agents and staff have immediate family members who are on active duty now, and many are veterans themselves. We understand the special needs of moving families and are prepared to help you meet those challenges.
